Final Sale and Return Policy

All purchases are final sale. Because SnapSymbols products are made in small batches and intended for personal, hands-on use, we do not resell products once they have left our possession. As a small business, we are therefore unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering mistakes, color or clicker preferences, or products that are no longer needed.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, compatibility information, safety information, selected options, and estimated production dates before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within seven calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the concern and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund when applicable.
